Mine is pre ordered for the 5th of April here in England.

So all of you enjoy your books whatever date you get them...I am so excited
about starting a whole new journey...I am one of those sad people that will
get this book through my letter box and it will sit on my coffee table for
days before I actually read it but I will pick it up and look at the cover
many times, read the back of it and have it all on my head before I
start...it's like a good bottle of wine where you want to open it and know
it will be like no other and enjoy it and don't want it to end...ah
wonderful.

Adam it warms my heart to read you have just read the Magician and
wonderful this book starts off so many new fans.It changed my life so many
years ago and I now live in new worlds and love to escape.I have revisited
all the books a few times .I don't know any R.E.F fans but my friends think
I am quite sad in my fantasy life...while they discuss soaps..I know which
fantasy land I want to live in and more than happy in Feist land.

All my books may not be worth much and all unsigned, but they are priceless
to me.
I probably won't ever meet R.E.F but to me he is the real hero..a man I can
say I love but never met, who has been with me longer than anyone I know
except family.I am now in my 50's and he has helped me through break ups,
through a nasty violent marriage, a break down, a second marriage to a
wonderful man who is severelly disabled and slowly being taken from me.
R.E.F. Has made me laugh, cry, frustrated and above all happy and all from
pages on a book...now that is real magic and a real hero in my eyes.
Thank you R.E.F from the bottom of my heart and I so look forward to
opening my book.
Warm regards to all.

You give me too much credit, but you are more than welcome.

And the “official” Pub Date in the UK is the 26th, even though the books will be in the stores 5 days before that for my tour.

Best, R.E.F.

It may be the Australians finally realized the UK relate date was the 26th, even though I’ll be autographing books in London on the 21st. “Publication date” is a fiction designed to keep little retailers happy while the big box stores get their copies days ahead. So, I expect the books in Oz will be shipping a bit earlier than the 26th.

Best, R.E.F.
